Because the number here is a catalogue entry and theirs is today's availability. Flexible-space pricing moves with occupancy: a floor that is filling up gets dearer, a floor with three empty rooms gets a discount that never appears in any list. We publish what the operator gave us for that room and pass your enquiry straight to them; the rate that counts is the one they confirm for the space you picked, and it can land either side of ours.

A business address gives you the address itself, for your post and your paperwork: 538 listings, median £72 a month, with the cheapest tenth at £56 or less. A virtual office is the same address plus the services an operator sells around it — mail handling, call answering, meeting rooms by the hour — and costs more: 538 listings, median £104 a month.
