Serviced offices in Altrincham

It depends on how the address is entered in the rating list. Where the whole building is one assessment, the operator is the rateable occupier and rates sit inside the monthly fee; where your suite is assessed on its own, the bill comes to you from the council. Ask which applies before comparing two quotes at the 4 serviced buildings in Altrincham — a rateable value of £12,000 or less carries 100% small business rate relief in England, tapering to nil by £15,000.

A serviced office rate normally covers the furnished room, building services, reception, cleaning and internet, with meeting rooms, parking and printing billed on usage. Across the 4 serviced buildings in Altrincham the split differs by operator, so the 20 listings here show the headline monthly figure and the operator confirms what sits on top.

Private rooms listed in Altrincham run from 7 to 510 m², which covers everything from a one-person room to a whole floor. The legal floor in Britain is 11 m³ of empty volume per person, counting ceiling height only up to 3 m — about 4.6 m² each at a 2.4 m ceiling — so the 20 listings on this page are read against that minimum, not against a rule of thumb.
