Private rooms listed in Bracknell run from 6 to 524 m², which covers everything from a one-person room to a whole floor. The legal floor in Britain is 11 m³ of empty volume per person, counting ceiling height only up to 3 m — about 4.6 m² each at a 2.4 m ceiling — so the 18 listings on this page are read against that minimum, not against a rule of thumb.
